Custom-Made Products
All products sold on EDMClothingStore are custom made to order.
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or design preferences.
A detailed size chart is provided on every product page. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Return Request Window
You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item.
Requests made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
How to Request a Return

Once reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps.
Exchanges
If your return request is approved, a replacement will be issued for the same item.
We do not offer traditional exchanges for different sizes or designs. If you wish to order a different item, a new purchase must be placed.
Order Cancellation Policy
All items are custom made to order.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours:

Your order has entered production

It cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded

Production and fulfillment costs have already been incurred
Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.
Address Changes
Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address updates due to production and fulfillment processing.
Refund Policy
Refunds are made 10 days after products are found defective or damaged.
