EDMClothingStore sells custom-made products. Please review the shipping information below before placing an order.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.


Transit Time (All Orders)

All products are custom made to order.

Estimated transit time:
5–20 business days from the date the order is placed.

Processing times may vary based on order volume and seasonal demand.

Order cut off time 12:00 PM Eastern time zone


Shipping Handling Time

United States

Estimated shipping handling time:
5–10 business days

Canada

Estimated shipping handling time:
5–10 business days, plus additional time for customs clearance if applicable.

Transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

United States

Estimated total delivery time:
10–30 business days from the order date (handling + transit).

Canada

Estimated total delivery time:
10–30 business days from the order date (handling + transit), excluding any customs delays.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers and trusted courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Regional and local courier partners

Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

No additional mandatory shipping fees are added after checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For Canadian orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Fees are determined by Canadian customs authorities


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (Canada)

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

EDMClothingStore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
